CR786 Terms and Conditions
— Rules for Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and the CR786 platform ("CR786", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on cr786.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CR786. If there is any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

If you are accessing CR786 via the mobile app downloaded from our Download page, the same terms apply. The app is simply a different interface to the same platform — the rules do not change based on how you access your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CR786, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CR786 is an adult entertainment platform and does not permit use by anyone under 18, regardless of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of a third party, or accounts used for business purposes are not permitted.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method you use to deposit funds on the platform — whether that is a JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet, Raast ID, bank account or debit/credit card.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a CR786 employee or partner involved in operating the platform.

CR786 reserves the right to request verification of any of these conditions at any time. If you are unable to verify your eligibility, your account may be suspended and funds held pending review.

3. Account Registration

You may hold only one active account on CR786. Creating more than one account — whether using the same personal details, a different name, a different phone number, or any other variation — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and the payment method you intend to use. Providing false information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any changes to account settings. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, you should contact CR786 support as soon as possible.

CR786 does not allow the transfer of accounts between individuals. Your account is personal to you and cannot be sold, gifted or otherwise transferred to another person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on CR786 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CR786 does not apply a currency conversion fee on deposits made through supported payment methods. The methods currently supported include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards.

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Raast transfers generally take one to three minutes. Bank transfers can take up to thirty minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. CR786 does not control these timelines — they are determined by the respective payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. CR786 does not send winnings to third-party accounts or different payment methods without proper account verification. Withdrawal processing times are outlined on the Deposit page.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that belong to another person — even a family member — without their explicit consent is not permitted. If CR786 identifies deposits from third-party sources, the account may be suspended and the funds withheld pending investigation.

CR786 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. These checks are carried out to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on CR786 are final once confirmed. Once you have placed a bet and received confirmation, it cannot be cancelled or amended. This applies to pre-match bets, in-play bets and bets placed on any other market — including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, football, esports and any other sports available on the platform.

Odds are set by CR786 and are subject to change up until the point at which your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and CR786 accepts no liability for delays in your device or connection that result in you seeing outdated odds.

CR786 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for bets to stand.
• A technical error on the platform resulted in incorrect odds being displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• The result of the event is directly influenced by corruption, match-fixing or any other improper conduct.
• The bet was placed by an ineligible account or in violation of these Terms.

For live casino games, the rules of each individual game — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and others — are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be completed and the outcome recorded. If the disconnection is caused by a fault on CR786's side, the hand or round result will still stand as it was resolved on the server.

Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slots are available within the game information panel. Past results on any slot do not influence future outcomes — each spin is independent.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

CR786 runs promotions and bonus offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. You must meet the stated wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.

Promotions are intended for genuine players. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using bonus funds in a way designed to abuse or game the promotion mechanics, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

CR786 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, CR786 will honour any part of the promotion that has already been completed in good faith.

7. Responsible Gaming

CR786 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended for adult entertainment. If gaming ever stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling like a pressure or a necessity, the responsible gaming tools in your account are there to help.

The following tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a cap on how much you can deposit per day, week or month. Any reduction in your limit takes effect immediately. Any increase takes effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — set an alert after a specified amount of time has passed in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your ability to deposit or play for a defined period of hours or days.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from the platform for a longer period. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications and you will not be able to log in or deposit.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use CR786 only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to hack, manipulate or reverse-engineer any part of the CR786 platform, app or games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Deliberately exploiting a technical error, glitch or miscalculated odds. Any winnings generated from a known technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino table games.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering activity. CR786 is required to report suspicious transactions and cooperates fully with relevant authorities where required.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating a collective betting syndicate through a personal account.

CR786 monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where unusual patterns are detected. Investigation does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing, but access to withdrawals may be temporarily restricted while a review is underway.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the CR786 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and any other material — is the intellectual property of CR786 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any part of this content without prior written permission.

Game content — including slot game graphics, live casino video streams and other in-game assets — is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to CR786. These third-party rights are protected and equally cannot be reproduced without permission from the rights holder.

10. Limitation of Liability

CR786 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors or unaffected by maintenance downtime.

CR786 is not liable for any loss — including loss of funds, missed betting opportunities or any other consequential loss — arising from:

• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults or events outside CR786's control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.
• Internet connection issues or device problems on your end that affect your ability to access the platform or place bets.
• Any action taken by CR786 in enforcement of these Terms where CR786 had reasonable grounds to believe a breach had occurred.

Nothing in these Terms limits CR786's liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as fraud or wilful misconduct on CR786's part.

11. Suspension and Closure

CR786 may suspend or permanently close an account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe the account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering purposes.
• You are found to have provided false information during registration or at any other point.
• You are found to have created multiple accounts.
• Your account is found to belong to someone under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. CR786 will communicate the reason for closure where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting CR786 support. Any confirmed real-money balance at the time of closure (after all bonuses and pending bets are settled) will be refunded to your payment method on record, subject to identity verification.

12. Changes to These Terms

CR786 may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use CR786 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 11. Your real-money balance will be returned to your payment method on record.

We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current Terms that apply to your use of CR786. The date at the top of the page makes it easy to see when the last revision was made.
