4. Payment Information

CR786 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). When you make a deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, a bank transfer or a debit or credit card, the actual payment authorisation takes place within your own payment provider's system — not on CR786's servers.

What CR786 receives from payment providers is a transaction reference, the amount, the transaction status (successful or failed) and the payment method type. CR786 does not receive, store or have access to your JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa PIN, online banking password, card CVV or any other security credential associated with your payment method.

The payment method reference (for example, your JazzCash mobile number or last four digits of a card) is stored against your account for the purpose of processing withdrawals back to the same method and for fraud prevention checks. This reference is stored securely and is not visible to general support staff without specific access permissions.

If you change or remove a payment method from your account, the previous payment reference is retained in our financial records for the period described in the data retention table in Section 2 — this is a standard financial record-keeping requirement, not active use of the data.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

CR786 does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following defined circumstances:

• Payment providers — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks and card networks receive the transaction details necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal. They operate under their own privacy policies.
